Shipping Policy

Domestic orders within the Dominican Republic are delivered within 3–5 business days.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please allow 5–8 business days for your order to arrive.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout. Santo Sunday is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We only accept size exchanges, subject to availability.

To request a size exchange, please contact our customer service team before sending your item back. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, or without their original tags will not be eligible for an exchange.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
